Here at the Shenley striders we recognise the hard work you put into your running and to reward that we present one lucky strider with the "Runner of the Quarter" award at the end of March, June, September and December.

This award isn't given to the best or fastest runner but the one who attends with a smile on there face and show’s a great work ethic during the sessions.
