Westcroft Pavillion Car Park Car ParkOur Wednesday night sessions cover approximately 10km – basic level 10 minute mile pace (6 mph). These sessions can be on and off road depending on the time of year. (Please note we are a small club and do not have the resources to teach people to run so all new members need to be able to meet this standard.)
